aroud
Hello, I just purchased a set of ProMedia 2.1 from Best Buy, and I would like to ensure that I maximize the lifespan. Of course, there is no power switch on the speaker, and Klipsch technical support recommends leaving the speakers always on. However, I am very uncomfortable with leaving them on, so I was wondering if it is safe to turn them off after every time I turn off my computer? I have all of these devices plugged in to a surge protector. I noticed that the subwoofers pop like others mention, but I also noticed that the led on the control panel flickers slightly when I turn off the surge protector. The only thread online I could find regarding turning the speakers off was this: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110713205306AAgq8Mm In which the response mentions that the speakers should be turned off first, before the computer. Thanks
