Hmmm...I might have an idea of what happened actually.  We have a few of those issues happening when I was running an IPS board, I think we narrowed it down to a malfunction with the cron-handler.  Chad, check and see if there's anything funky going on with the task scheduler in IP.Admin.  It should either be under one of the backup tasks, or count update tasks.

The problem has been solved.  Seems to have been a user based issue as opposed to technical
