Max2
Im keeping it pretty simple. Crockpot Pork Tenderloin, Carrots, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Onions. Ill throw in some Rosemary on top while it cooks, a lot of Pork rub (Rendezvous and Strawberry rub) and a can of coke. Cooked all night and my wife will even eat this stuff. I would like to smoke some meat, but don't feel like babysitting the smoker and its still pretty cold out. I also picked up some big Pink Key West shrimp. Thinking about Bacon wrapped with a piece of Jalapeno hidden inside and a sprinkle of brown sugar and baked. Maybe boil a few too. Gotta have cheese dip for the game. Im gonna do a round of Chorizo Cheese Dip. Normally do the Hot sausage, but figured I would give the Chorizo a shot. Im gonna need some Draino after this weekend,

Jim
An Italian pasta salad with fresh mozzarella, ham, peperoni, salami, shredded peppers in oil and vinegar. Going to a friends house for the game, although I'd rather watch on my system.

I got a feeling there is going to be a lot of "damnits" said when husbands are told they are heading to sew and sew's house with the loud kids, smelly house, crappy TV and non existent sound system that puts you 5 to 6 feet away from the tube so you can hear. Ceptorman
I wonder if anyone will notice that I forgot the food. Awesome pics everybody, I gained 11 pounds by just looking at the photos! Cool pic…..198 beers and 2 diet cokes! We're going to a friends home. The wife will make a spicy buffalo chicken dip, spicy meatballs, and some brownie/crunchy/whipped cream/chocolate pudding contraptions….it's usually good

Yea,especially here since they have a 42" screen with a sound bar and no sub on it. Usually have about 30 people over their house and in the basement. Moderators dtel Posted January 31, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 31, 2015 (edited) Nothing special to eat I don't think, I'm the last to find out, and no one coming over, it should be a peaceful time unless I scream at the TV. But I can't get this picture out of my head........... I also picked up some big Pink Key West shrimp. Sounds like my plans … Del Taco (of course), turn on the game, turn off the sound, grab a guitar, forget about the game. Now if it were the Raiders it would be a different story !.....There would be Del Taco at the party.

oldtimer
Smoked baby back ribs, oysters on the half shell, Italian cold cuts with mixed olives, real gouda cheese and red grapes, spicy deviled eggs. That's my contribution anyway, I'm not sure what others will come up with. Chipping in with beer too of course.
