Better Call Saul (spoilers ahoy!)

accidentally happened upon an article on an entertainment website. The author was reviewing last night’s episode and is of the opinion that Chuck took his own life. The reasoning is that he finally realized that his illness was not physical; but, mental.  That is something that i hadn’t considered. i wonder if Jimmy becomes a suspect--sadly he was in Chuck’s house previously.

I'm going to watch the episode again, but I don't remember anything specific that would have pointed to Jimmy being involved with the incident.  And, Jimmy has been in Chuck's house hundreds of times, so that's really nothing new.  Some really excellent acting last night.

not suggesting Jimmy was involved.  Merely, wondering if him being at his house again, would make him a suspect.

That and his grand plan of getting back into his law practice blew up in grand fashion.  He had his reinstatement all figured out until he didn't.  You could tell he was absolutely crushed.

@CECAA850 Carl -- if i can you tell you if Chuck is alive or dead would you want to know, or do you want to wait until next season?

Just asking because i happen to know.

I'd just as soon wait.  I never wanted to know the gender of my kids before I saw them either.

This is a test.  I'll base all further correspondence with you on how well you do with this.

i’ll pass with flying colors. i’ve had jobs where i’ve been privy to what was coming down the pike and people would always ask me “what’s going on with ..."

I’d say, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”  One guy told me once, “If I ever have a secret, i’m going to tell you because you’ll never tell anyone.” And I won’t.

Actually I'm not surprised.

That being said, Chuck was never seen in BB.  I've always thought that he would either die or become committed.   No idea on Jimmy's girl though.  She's never heard from in BB either.

I was thinking Howard would reapproach her with an offer that's too good to pass up, but now, who knows?

It will be interesting to see what happens with Kim, but whatever it is, it can be nothing but sad for Jimmy.  I think if you look at Jimmy's "personality" now, and what he portrays in BB, there have got to be some very distressing events that happen to turn him into the full-fledged oddity that is Saul.  After Chuck told him that Jimmy really never mattered much to him anyway (a heinous statement), personally I could care less what happens to Chuck.

So, I have to find something different to do on Monday nights at 9 pm.  10 episodes in a season are not enough, should be at least 13.

I was talking about that exact same thing with one of my co-workers who also watches the show.
