Brave soul. Hopefully the 'on hold music' is good.

No music....how about that.  Just marketing jibber jabber about Jamo speakers, headphones, and a brief prayer to PWK.    It is pathetic.

 

Finally talked to a real person at CS after 58 minutes, who...wait for it....told me no, they didn't have the part....That's ok, I was mentally prepared for that answer after waiting so long.
