Moderators Youthman Posted February 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2015 Today I turned on the Apple TV hooked to the Onkyo TX-NR1008. The Apple TV screensaver is showing fine but when I hit the "Remote" Ap on my iPhone to control the menu, the image fades to black. I can hear the clicks through the speakers but no menu is shown on the screen. If I play a YouTube video, it streams through the Apple TV just fine. What am I missing? violetgrey Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 AppleTV seems to be rather fussy at times. We will often find that ours won't awaken when using the remote app. The remote app on my iPhone also has not been updating the album image when playing iTunes. I just chalk it up to wonky software.
