Did you know Margaret Hamilton was an Elementary teacher/Sunday School Teacher, too? I think before her acting career. Now, that is a scary image!

No, i didn’t know that…interesting bit of trivia there.  She can teach Sunday School with Alice Cooper--he teaches Sunday School as well.

Thanks Mark -- now i’m in the same boat as Genevieve … i love the original Flight of the Phoenix--i officially add that to the growing list of my favorite two.  Hope the originator isn’t upset; but, this thread was started a few days ago and nowadays five is the new two.

I completely forgot that Paint Your Wagon had such vitality.  A great musical, well done on film, unlike the limp film version of the same composers' My Fair Lady, with its horrible orchestration.

AVATAR 2 trailer  -

"Avatar 2" Could be First Film to use High Frame Rate 4K

Cameron has also found ways of making his films technologically innovative or game changing. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the director is hoping to use the high frame-rate system 4K, 3D system with Douglas Trumball's system, which delivers 120 frames per second.

He told the online journal he had talked with Avatar producer Jon Landau about viewing the short film "UTOFOG," which is a showcase for Trumbull's patented process, dubbed MAGI, for capturing and displaying images at 120 frames per second in 4K and 3D on giant screens using conventional digital projectors.
