RLink Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 I have two black speaker caps that are cracked and about to fall off and called customer service to get new ones. I was recommended to Amazon with the following part numbers because I'm not on warranty anymore and I can just get the caps/binding posts which are supposedly easy to replace on the back panel. B0002kqzu2 (plastic) B00qvcyaei (metal) I tried going on Amazon and it doesn't recognize either part number?????? To my knowledge PE does not sell just the "caps" but they sell all sorts of terminal cups many of which use what is probably the same as yours. One example is http://www.parts-express.com/parts-express-gold-plated-banana-5-way-speaker-wire-binding-post-terminal--260-302 There are some cups for bi-wiring. At least you'll get four instead of two. As you can see, they are very inexpensive. But with shipping costs being what they are, you might be well served buying some additional equipment. Smile.
