001
love the early gixers. had a 86 750 that was modded a bit & had a 93 engine in it. that thing was fast as heck. could beat late 90's & early 2000's 750's in short drags or the 1/4 mile. nice speakers, twins to mine. GLWS.

001
depends on the area & current demand. my opinion would say yours may be on the "high end" of what they usually sell for. i bought mine for a little over $2k last year in the midwest & see them sell for that ballpark quite often. cant comment on the west coast prices though. if they are really "mint" & being you or your family are the original owners, that will increase the value, they are worth what a buyer will pay. so if you arent in a hurry leave them at that price & let someone make a reasonable offer. or for a quick sale adjust the price some. & list them on CL & other places for max exposure. gsxrfun86
ive had bad luck on scamers on craigslist. but i will adjust the price to 3500. i dont want to rip anybody off.
eth2
I bought a mint pair that were newer than yours last winter for $2,300. There were some special circumstances which lowered them by $300 to $500. But somewhere between $2,500 and $2,750 seems about right to me. .
001
ive had bad luck on scamers on craigslist. but i will adjust the price to 3500. i dont want to rip anybody off. i hear ya,, they are out there. but CL will get them out there for legit buyers. easy to weed out the scammers. just make a buyer call you & get a feel for their intentions. definitely avoid the " i will have my agent pick them up & i will pay you western union" or please email me at XXX@gmail.com. gsxrfun86
anything under 3k wouldnt be worth selling. klipschfancf4 you are right on the money with what you said about craigslist.
ricktate
I would ask what you want for them to hell with what other people think. I think they should be worth more than 3500 my self. If I die I hope my wife gets more than that for mine. Rick
wvu80
We (as a group) have sometimes weighed in on a forum members price of an item telling them publically and on their thread, that their price was too high. We kind of chided each other about publicly doing that, which could potentially kill the fellow member's attempt to get a certain price. More recently I have noticed a great deal more respect by members by NOT doing that. I applaud my fellow Klipschites for their respect and restraint. But since you asked on your own thread for suggestions on price, many members have commented about what they feel is the going rate, and suggested some good price ranges at which your speakers might sell. This is 100% within boundaries, IMO. That being said, the member that PM'd you to give you a heads up on your price did you a favor and was correct. I applaud him for doing that privately, and the others (now) publicly because I think it will be helpful to your sale. bhenry
I paid $3500 for my 2009's that are FLAWLESS. And I drove 4 hours each way to get them. Why? Because I wanted them and I think that was a fair price for them. And I don't regret buying them. Good luck!
