Hornmiester
I do not consider myself to be a goody two shoes, and it takes a great deal to offend me. However, a recent thread title is objectionable,,,at least to me. OMFG is not necessary and not appropriate on the Forum in my humble opinion. Just sharing my feelings. Thanks

Hornmiester
What about LMFAO ? It is not the "f" I object to, but rather the "f" modifying the "g" I am not trying to stifle free speech. It is just offensive to me and adds nothing to the discussion.

Thaddeus Smith
while i respect your opinion, and probably even agree with it, I find your expectations unreasonable for a place filled with so much diversity. i find many things distasteful as I walk through each day, but very little offends me to the point where I feel obligated to impart knowledge of that distaste publicly - especially on the internet. I simply make note and avoid that place/person in the future.
eth2
There are lines which should not be crossed. Of course those lines are different for different people. Nonetheless, when someone expresses a strong objection to something, especially if it goes to a core belief, perhaps we should just respect that limit.
eth2
BTW, Thad...as your campaign manager I strongly advise you to stay clear of this discussion. The early polls are not overly encouraging.
Jim
Words of any kind don't offend me. Touching me or spitting at me, that's a different story. Maybe it's because I'm to ignorant to get offended.
USNRET
Man says that he's offended. That means HE is offended; nuff said, end of argument.

And you think I'm the sketchy candidate?
Thaddeus Smith
Man says that he's offended. That means HE is offended; nuff said, end of argument. Man goes to the Man by whom he is offended and asks for an apology. Men do not deal with real offenses publicly through passive endeavors. nuff said, end of argument. CECAA850
Men do not deal with real offenses publicly through passive endeavors. Unless he's being diplomatic. Men can be non confrontational, get their point across and still be men.
