Bogies Beats
For sale Klipsch RF-83 Floor Standing Speakers & Klipsch RC-64 Center speaker. Located in the West Loop of Chicago, IL Willing to sell individually or separate, but prefer as a package. All speakers are in great condition. I would rate them 9/10. These speakers are the top of the line in the Reference IV series. The speakers have always been used in a non-smoking, pet free home and I’m the original owner. I have always run a NAD M25 amp on these speakers, so they have been properly powered. They sound fantastic, but I’m most likely moving cross country within the next year and need to free up space. Prefer local sale due to the size and weight of the speakers. I don’t have the original boxes or packaging. If you’re serious about potentially buying stop by with your favorite CD, DVD, laptop or portable player to demo the speakers. Pricing: (Retail was $2800): $1325 RF-83 Specs:http://www.klipsch.com/rf-83/details Pricing (Retail was $1200): $550 RC-64 specs:http://www.klipsch.com/rc-64/details * I’m willing to slightly negotiate on the pricing depending on whether buying separate or the complete package. Bogies Beats
With that list of gear you must be replacing these fine speakers with something? Bill Most definitely will be replacing at some point, but I'm waiting until I figure out where I'll be living and what type of home. Trying to move somewhere warmer as I'm done with cold Chicago winters. FL is looking like an option depending on my work, I might be Youths neighbor soon. I have a RT-12d sub, if someone wants to round out there system. Good luck with your sale and move.

There's plenty of space left in Florida. We have great weather about 10 months out of the year. July and August are BRUTAL, but the rest of year is quite nice, even in the winter time. Louis Bartay
Very very nice. Good luck with your sale. Bill Bill I noticed you have a DISH VIP211K HD Sat Receiver???..... I have the Dish "Hooper" HD DVR and the "Sling" DD 5.1 sounds great on my Cornwalls,C7 and RS3-II 5.2 and wondered if your Dish VIP had better audio then the HD Hooper? I want to trade in "The Joey" converter in the bedroom or move the "Hooper" and go with the VIP in the den. Thanks Louis

I usually run TV shows from the DISH with stereo analog with the "Enhanced Stereo" mode(all channel stereo) on my NAD pre/pro. DD 5.1 sounds okay for most movies from the DISH but not so good with normal TV shows. Bill

mustangdaren
If you head down to Florida bring that RC-64 with you. I am very interested and located in North Carolina. I could meet you somewhere along the way. I have been looking for one in pristine condition RC64 to go with my RF-83s. I currently am using a BIC PL28 with 8 inch drivers. It sounds good but it no Klipsch. Edited April 27, 2015 by mustangdaren
