Mallette
No, I don't mean as in "oldtimer's," but as in "Brian." As a hot sauce fanatic I can attest that his work is the best I've ever had. On a planet with hundreds of salsa's there remain but a few reliable off the shelf hot sauces and his work beats the pant off any of them. I've had a couple of recipes and my family loved them. Soo....he's sent three bottles to put on the table at the Klipsch gathering. Love the employees, but unless Brian tells me otherwise I am saving this for Friday and Saturday night's meals at the farm. I think when some of you give this a try he may need to shed his day job. CECAA850
I've already bought 3 different bottles from him and will certainly be a repeat customer. They definitely rate They have a different wonderful flavor. I love hot sauces and his are different than pretty much everything I've ever had. Highly recommended.
JL Sargent
Oldtimer = Brian? Who'd a thunk it. Is it a secret recipe or is it shared like my wife's awesome Gumbo?
CECAA850
Oldtimer = Brian? Who'd a thunk it. Is it a secret recipe or is it shared like my wife's awesome Gumbo? You couldn't get half the ingredients. I think he gets most of them in Hawaii.

CECAA850
website? etsy? share the deets.. I just PM'd him when I found out he makes the stuff. We hammered out the details from there. I'm a bit of a pepper head and like to try different sauces. His are great. I think Dave is bringing some to the gathering as Brian's gift to the group. BigStewMan
I’m a fan of the hot stuff as well -- I’ll have to catch him on a good day and get a bottle. Surely, he’ll hook up a fellow member of Raider Nation. Quite the breadth of talent on this forum. If anyone needs any interesting comments to use at cocktail parties or at work -- let me know.

Mallette
This stuff is obviously seriously made, small batch, attention to detail. Consistency is extraordinary, texture perfect, color amazing. Then, of course, there is the TASTE! Dave
oscarsear
Y'all realize that this constitutes cruel and unusual punishment for those unable to access either the sauce nor the recipe or its ingredients. You're such teasers!

jimjimbo
I hope there will be enough to go around for a small taste. Would really love to try it.
Mallette
Well, it is my intention to put it out only at the farm for Friday-Saturday meals. There should be plenty for everyone to have a healthy taste. Dave

oldtimer
I could easily update my paypal information if there is enough clamor for it. This is strictly in the cottage industry (hobby) stage with no actual business structure. In post #9 Mallette sums it up nicely. If current trends continue I may end up ramping up into a serious venture sooner than expected. In general it is a fresh ingredient sauce with no additives such as thickeners or preservatives yet has a shelf life of longer than It will hang around the table. One client brought a bottle to a friend's dinner party and the friend stole it, sending her a taunting picture afterwards.
