If they were $150, I'm still not sure it would be worth the drive. They pop up too often for $300 - $400 to drive that distance for a pair

Before I  contact the guy, how are these going to sound with the 52 reference series speakers - I am not that well versed with Klipsch tonal quality and all that....?  Currently, I have the 52 reference series surround... and vintage pioneer hpm 100's for the main  -  not Klipsch - they do sound good (  -  =     .   I am planning on putting the Pioneer's in  the back room.

Okay. I am ready to go to a yard sale.   Just tell me when and where. I just hope I don't find a phonograph on a stone turn table.... with a bird beak for a needle...and the price would probably be bigger boulders than I could carry.

Heresy 2 for 25$ - it's a long shot -a bit like winning the lottery

a guy once told me he got a pair of Heresies mint for 25$ at a charity sale - he sold them back for 100$ not knowing that they were that good , he regrets it everyday , you cant buy a badge for 25$ -  easy come easy go -
