The onkyo TX-NR828,or the pioneer vsx-1123. Still a hard choice,so guys if you could choose,which one was leaving the exit. mustang guy Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 Frankly, I would lose both of the extra ones unless you need one. Barring that, I would keep the second Pioneer. wvu80 Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 I love the Onk 828, but if it hasn't had the HDMI board problems yet, it will. Onk has extended the warranty on that problem until 2018. Mustang Guy made a valid point. Both AVR's have the most value right now, so sell them both while you can still get good resale on them, then if you need something else later, get the best one for your needs at that time.
