Audio Flynn
My wife and I decided to get our own kayaks instead of renting as part of our camping out doors experienes. I do not want to waste the summer doing the anal retentive research. What entery level short kayak would you buy for no more than $ 600 each? I would rather get a starter kayak and then off these to the kids when we get a feel for what we like in a year or two. Thanks, Rick
Moderators dtel Posted May 23, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) Was just looking at kayaks online the other day trying to get prices on lower end fishing models. From my reading you should find some really nice ones in that price range. Sorry I can't help, we just rent what they have where we go, they only have one style in single or double and all are sit on, not in. I like the sit on myself, not being highly experienced the sit in kayaks scare me, I'm afraid when I flip (not if ) I may be stuck in the boat. This is the ones we rent, $30 a day and they drop you off upstream. http://okatoma.com/index.html They look like this, I would imagine they use these because there tough ? Paducah Home Theater
For fishing, call Hook 1 in Nashville, they can help you, always have good closeout deals and can even ship them.
