Interesting audio technology

Recommended Posts

Yesterday I got into a conversation with one of the patients while doing some work for the eye docs.  He told me that he's an audiophile and described his system, which he claims is the finest sounding that he's ever heard (http://www.coreaudiotechnology.com/).  The equipment uses a very interesting design philosophy, and is very expensive (especially the speakers which they sell).  It turns out that he's a psychiatrist (rich!) and, when I told him what I do the rest of the week, and mentioned my obsession with tubes, he suggested that I come by to see him professionally....... admittedly, I am a bit nuts!

I like the Hawthorne speakers on that site, but if that shrink believes in the magic power strips, he's the one who needs therapy.

LOL!  C'mon, it sounds better if you think it sounds better!

Better living through better thinking.  B)

My thoughts exactly.

I also like the Mac Mini but they can keep their gimmicks.
