Hi guys!

Referring to the attached image, my left side of s4ii has a part missing.

I have emailed the customer support but so far no reply for since 2 months ago  <_<

May I know if the missing part has any affect on the audio quality? (I cannot tell)

For protection and cosmetic purpose, I would like to get a replacement. Anybody has any idea how to find these parts?  :D

Thank you!

Regards,

Tri

Sorry you are having such a hard time contacting Klipsch, Tri.  That must be frustrating.  I am not with Klipsch, but my experience with their responsiveness to customers has been that they really care and are responsive to customer's needs.  Let's see if we can find someone who will help you.

I'm curious, who (or what department) did you email?  I don't know if you should contact tech support or sales, or maybe even a dealer.

Have you tried calling them?

I alerted the forum Moderators to your concern.  Maybe they can alert someone at Klipsch to contact you.

Tri, someone from Klipsch might want to give you a return email or phone call, but you didn't provide any contact information in your post.  After a couple of months, it's clear the email got lost somewhere, maybe someone you sent that to is no longer at that position, who knows?

I agree with Christy, try contacting Klipsch again, either by phone or email.  She suggested Customer Support, so try that:

By the way, welcome to the Klipsch community forum.

I would definitely call, rather than email.  It's possible the email was received by a "no reply" email address, or the person that did receive it didn't forward it on.

A phone call would definitely be the easiest way to handle it, if you are in the U.S.

Again, let us know if you need additional help.  We would need contact info.  Feel free to send me a private message if you like.
