minermark
I picked up a pair of 4 way MCM 1900 with the factory passive crossovers last week. The MWM are double bass bins,(2 independent K43) . Is the typical way to wire the MWM using the passive crossover to simply parallel the two K43? Mind if i ask where and how much?

Coytee
If you are saying you have two input terminals for the K43's on each cabinet, you would link those two together (parallel). I have a short jumper, maybe 10/12 inches with banana plugs on each end. I usually tie the two bass bins together and then plug my power into one of them or, plug my power into a bass bin and then plug the link into that and then the other bin. Is that what you were asking?

minermark
I would call Bob Crites in the morning, and if things work out for me, i will be doing the same thing in a few weeks. These critters come from a Theater venue, and im running EAW's right now, they were set up different than factory wiring also, every theater is different. colterphoto1
Those were built that way so a user could independently test the woofers. Yes wire them in parallel. The network was designed with this use in mind.

colterphoto1
As further test, those of us with twin MWM-S cabinets ( two, single 15" cabinets, the 'roadie-friendly' version, as documented in Klipsch literature at that time), also wire in parallel to the same type networks.
