Jason Todd
I've been thinking about getting some Harbeths. Are you powering them with your VRD's? Just curious if they're a good match for each other. Good luck with sale!

Jason Todd
Thanks, I'm pretty sure the SHL5 plus will be my next pair of speakers to pair with my VRD's.

CECAA850
I think I'd list the -3dB spec of 45Hz. The above spec looks like the speaker will only go down to 200Hz. EDIT, I see it did, I just missed it, sorry. Edited June 12, 2015 by CECAA850

EDIT, I see it did, I just missed it, sorry. The main response graphs are 200hz-20K because the room affects the frequencies below that. There's a nearfield graph for the bass which covers 20hz-200hz and shows the bass extension.

A1UC
I wanted to post a few pictures on some speakers I shipped . I bought a pair a week ago and they got damaged due to poor packing . It is worth spending the extra money to make sure these items are packed well I always start by wrapping the grill snug on to the speaker using plastic wrap , I ten wrap the whole speaker 3-4x and go from there , I try and put 3-4" of foam board on the bottom and top and all around the speaker . To prevent binding post damage I cut a square out of the foam board over size 5-6 " . I understand most people know how to pack items well but there are plenty that don't know also Edited June 19, 2015 by A1UC
