We, here in the Pacific Northwest are having one of the best summers on record. In June we have 23 days of NO RAIN and about 10 days where the temperature hit 90. Highly irregular. And July is taking off where June left off. Everyday so far has been above 90 with not a single cloud in the sky. Keep in mind, in this part of the country our average # of 90 degree days barely breaks into double digits for the whole summer and we've already exceeded that. Also, a couple local communities have begun water conservation efforts. Practically unheard of in these parts. Not much snow pack this past winter to feed the rivers.
