USNRET
employee states " I am not your 'beach', you can't tell me what to do" after continuing tadiness and refusal to just work after a night (too many) out. Sadly, I can. Goodbye! But then again, $100,000 jobs in S Tx are easy to find, right? Just another day at the office. Snaffoo
You most likely did the guy a favor, after a few weeks the realization of unemployment will set in and the lesson of contempt in the workplace will occur. CECAA850
The worst thing that can happen to you is that you have to pay unemployment benefits. If you've documented his past tardiness, you won't even have to do that.

jimjimbo
Spent most of my career flying in these bad boys....actually never heard them called "Flying Frisbees"....most of the time, the AWACS guys would just call us idiots for climbing in an airplane that had to take off and land on a moving ship...I would absolutely love to see the inside of a new AEW platform......
