Customer Service

I've tried 4 different occasions and spent 45 minutes trying to order speakers on line.  I finally got a customer service rep on the phone and was told i would have to download another browser to be able to place an order.  There is no one in the "nation" that can take a phone order, so i need to waste more time on line to find another browser.  I'm not sure i want to place an order with these folks--customer service is certainly not job 1.

I'm the Klipsch Web Developer, and maybe I can help answer the browser-related concerns. Can you please tell me which web browser you currently use, and what version?

 

I appreciate it, and again, sorry these issues have happened.

I'm with Bob on this one. The guys trying, trying being key here, to place an order. Actually spend money. And a system is in place dependent on the newest web format available? How about reverting to Stone Age business - somebody pick up the phone, a pen and paper and take the mans' money. More often than not we are our own enemies.
