Heads up for Tuna eaters

StarKist has agreed to settle a class action suit against them. If you're a Tuna consumer and purchased StarKist canned Tuna between 2/2009 and 10/2014 you can join the suit and get either a $25 refund or $50 in vouchers for StarKist Tuna.

There is no proof of purchase required. You only have to agree to an afidavit swearing that you did indeed purchase one of the effected products.

As for me canned or more often pouch Tuna is a regular item in my diet and has been for many years. While I have no specific memory of buying one of the products named in the suit I have absolutely no doubt that I did buy them at some point.

If you like me are a Tuna eater and a StarKist buyer go here for more info: https://www.tunalawsuit.com/Home.aspx

Looking at the cans, I may not have bought any of the "affected" ones.
