F.S. Tubes4hifi VTA SP6 with McIntosh MC2100

I have a Tubes4hifi VTA 6 that I have built from scratch. This preamp was originally designed for a Dynaco PAS2 or PAS3 upgrade. I didn't have a chassis so I built one my self, my plans were to have the face plate back lite with lights, but I never got around to it. This particular pre amp has 2 12ax7s in the phono stage with 2 12au7s in the line stage, along with a 12x4 regulated power supply. Here is a link to this particular pre amp, which is now being sold through a different vendor.

I have been using this pre amp for the past couple years without any problems, until this last winter after installing some EH 12ax7s in the phono stage. I had little to no output, but to find out it was all do to the gain particular to that brand. I recently swapped them out with some JJ's and it has been working wonderful. I will say I am an amateur so this was no professional build, but other than the brand of tubes issue I haven't had a single issue. I haven't hooked up the other two outputs as they were not needed, I only installed them as that is what was showing in the design. I am asking for $300.00 O.B.O. Shipped to lower 48, notice I say OBO, if you think I am to high feel free to shoot me an offer, all I can say is no, I won't be offended. Paypal is preferred, with no extra fees. Also local pick up is welcome in Omaha NE.

This comes with all tubes 1 12x4 which I believe is a Sylvania, 2 JJ 12ax7, 2 EH 12au7s.  Volume pot is an ALPs Blue 100k.

I am changing up the deal here, I am now offering my McIntosh MC2100 along to hopefully help me with the sale along with my new adventures.

McIntosh MC2100, all transistors have been replaced. Along with the output driver boards being updated. I have some caps to rebuild the multi section power supply, just haven't got to it.  The transformer and output former covers paint have peeled off and the chrome has had some rusting and pitting but has been cleaned

All of it together and to be clear that is the VTA SP6/PH5 combo with tubes, McIntosh MC2100 all for one low price of $800.00  That right $800.00 for a great set up.  I would prefer for a local pick up, plus this would give the buyer a chance to listen on either Cornwalls or Heresies.

Feel free to ask any questions
