minermark
Howdy gang Been on a rest period. no real reason, just burned out on the McM project i guess. Still listining to the EAW stacks that im a really having a hard time selling, i suppose because im no longer advertising. Yeah, im keepin them, a foot print of 38"X38"X8' is pretty dam hard to beat, and i must admit, eight 15" push/pulls rape this neighborhood. Sprinter, up north just emailed me the other day, the pair i sold him is now fully refurbished and rockin! Dam im slow...... Ya want to see when i stopped? pic below, maybe an hour left in the prep for shooting, yeah, that is when i said when....hey it happens. Getting back in the mood, i'll finish this dammit, i will, i will.
Sprinter1104
Dang Mark, you gotta get on it! These things sound amazing. Since these came out of an AMC cinema, I figured I'd hang a 120" screen between the stacks. Movie nights have been a whole new adventure.
minermark
Taking a break from yet another hobby currently on the bench, i thought i would slowly phase back into final/finish assy of the second stack. Last week the HF Tweets got done. Today MSSM will be completed. Big azz horn assy looks to be in the next few days. Once these three top units are done ill go back to the wifes garage and finish up the BassBin, like an hours work and it will be ready to shoot.
colterphoto1
Keep at it, you'll be very pleased with the results. Any further thoughts on recapping the networks? I plan to do this as well. I play my MCM's at generally modest levels with a JBL/Urie 6360 amp through the 4- way passive networks (the only part of the stacks I've not refurbished totally). A pair of KP201's hanging high on a shelf, upside down on the facing wall, reversed L/R means that anywhere I go in the shop I have L/R information.

colterphoto1
First class for IATSE (stagehands union) is on Tuesday. Not many gigs but I'm buying my way into a nice part time job by taking their internship program the next three years.

Colter, now that you are enjoying yourself in the "live Venue" world, you may wish to take a look at my stagehand group here out west. I do lighting sometimes when local(s) are short handed. https://www.facebook.com/groups/stagehandhumor/
ClaudeJ1
and she ended up giving them to me for our anniversary present. Yes, and as I recall, she's the one that asked you to build the MWM bins. You have a true Klipsch wife, Eldon!
