slusamson
I've got a Klipsch RT-10d I've had for quite awhile that has given up the ghost. It won't power on and I suspect a power supply issue. I've got a good bit of experience at component level electronics repair, but was curious if a replacement board is available before I start working through this thing. The board has "Indigo Canada 640047 REV:0" printed on it. Does anyone know if Klipisch still has these parts? I've already replaced a bulging capacitor (25V 100uf) on the smaller board attached to the power supply board with no luck getting it running again. Anyone know off hand the specs on the transformer? All I see is ETD44 on it and there's a few different ones to pick from. Thanks in advance for any help!
slusamson
Here's what I'm seeing on Mouser Electronics for replacements... Option 1: ETD44 size, 20.8 amp, 475uH inductance, 12V, 250W Option 2: ETD44 size, 5.2 amp, 400uH inductance, 48V, 250W Option 3: ETD44 size, 10.4 amp, 400uH inductance, 24V, 250W My gut says go with the 12V as that seems to be most common... CECAA850
I've never seen specs or schematics. Good luck!
slusamson
Thanks! I ordered the 12V transformer and will start there... I'll post back with some pics and results when I'm done as well as a link to the part... may be of use to others in the future.

Seems like there's always someone looking for info on these.
