Mallette
Lot's of good advice, so I'll leave it to seconding amazingribs.com as a great source to refresh one's memory and provide instructions to follow or to at least provide guidelines to vary on. I am a big post oak fan as it is almost the "universal wood" that is good for most anything. However, lots of great hardwoods out there to experiment with. Recommend avoiding cedar or anything that has been in contact with poison ivy. Dave
