shovelnose
I'm in Canada. It seems very over priced. Any one know where to find the best deals North or south of the border? Thanks Klipsch community.
shovelnose
Will this work for Klipschorn Metal squakers or is it to thick? http://www.amazon.ca/Dynamat-11102-Dynaliner-Self-Adhesive-Deadener/dp/B000WQOR4C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1444602670&sr=8-4&keywords=dynamat
jimjimbo
Way, way too thick. This is what I have used. Be sure to put down a layer of blue painters tape first. How many horns do you have to do? This will easily do 4 horns if you use it judiciously..... Also use a small roller to apply, very worthwhile effort. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00020CAUG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage Edited October 11, 2015 by jimjimbo
shovelnose
Painters tape? Is this so the dynomat can be removed if desired? I have a pair of klipschorns and klf 30s that I was thinking of doing.
Frzninvt
J.C. Whitney has the same off brand stuff for sale cheaper. You can buy it in squares or roll. It is not going to really make any audible improvement, if your screws to the motor board and rear retaining bracket on a K-400 are tight it is not going to ring. Perhaps not a huge difference, but if it also makes you feel better, then why not. Edited October 12, 2015 by jimjimbo
jason str
Sonic electronics is reasonable. Parts Express sells quiet coat spray that works well, looks better too.

pzannucci
Do it inexpensively with rope caulk http://www.walmart.com/search/?query=Rope+Caulk&adid=22222222220221815882&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=e&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=83844307573&wl4=kwd-164242903&wl5=9028268&veh=sem or spray as suggested earlier. I doubt it will ever come off after hearing (not hearing) it.
