FS: Heresy's ii

I really like Oiled Oak and have been thinking on a pair of Hereseys for my 16 year old daughter but I have to get these KP-450s sold, pay off my best friend Dan and come up with money to fly down to Louisiana, rent a U-Haul and drive my 20 KP-600 boxes to Ohio!

Timing on this totally sucks for me!

I hope you get them Carl! ;)

Does the upgrade to H3 parts make a noticeable difference? I'm also hoping deep inside these don't sell lol. Doing it for wife. Since I already have a lot of speakers and she's not a fan. My mains are kg 4's and I love them. Heresy's are a lot brighter but great for music.

You should've priced them much higher…."sorry dear, I tried to sell but nobody wanted them"!

There priced well, they will sell.

Noticeable to me.  Better balances and better bass.  Less bright.

How much $$$ did you dish out? For the upgrade.

It's been years since I did it.  I think it was around 300/speaker but don't quote me on that.  Klipsch may still sell the conversions, you might call.

Of note, you'll need to enlarge the hole in the back of the cab to fit the new terminal/crossover assembly and slightly enlarge the round part of the tweeter hole to let the larger magnet pass through.  You also need to re-use your old mid horns.
