Moderators Travis In Austin Posted November 24, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 24, 2015 Discogs leads the vinyl boom with over $43.5 million in sales this year http://flip.it/cj.9T
Quiet_Hollow
No surprise there....they were one of the first major online music databases, and they did it right. Discog's quickly attracted a diversified seller/distribution base, and has been a great source for whatever tangible media over the years. :emotion-21:
muel
Bought an Ellington CD (that I couldn't find in the US) from a guy in Belgium via Discogs. Funny how a CD can survive that long trip and yet when I order one from a state or 2 away they get smashed to hell. I've had quite few in thin bubble wrap shippers from England that arrive just fine too. I wish amazon would go back to the nice cardboard shippers they used to use. I should complain but I often don't because for now I have a lot of spare cases. Discogs seems like a decent little database as well. Schu
I've used them, and others, many times.

jcmusic
I buy from there when looking for a quality hard to find album...
Sprinter1104
I use Discogs on a regular basis to buy, sell and catalogue my lp collection. At over 3400 albums it's the only hope I have of not buying duplicates. I have had great success buying from overseas sellers with only one exception.
