Pairing of Headphones and DAC Headphone Amplifier

I am currently in a position where I will have to do my future listening with headphones.  My tastes range from classical, big band, small group jazz, doo ***, standards, ballads, and rock up to and including The Beatles.

Am currently auditioning Grado Reference RS1e paired with Cambridge Audio DAC Magic Plus.  I have a hearing loss in my right ear and find that when listening to symphonic music the sounds from the right side of the orchestra, such as base viols are weaker than they I perceive them when listening on my speaker system.  With the exception of this phenomena the pairing is quite satisfactory and the sound is quite spatial and open.

Although the Cambridge has a volume control it is not quite ideal for me, what I would really would like is a DAC Headphone Amplifier that would allow me to control the volume on both the left and right headphones separately.  In this way I could raise the sound for the right ear to compensate for my hearing loss.

Does anyone in the community have any ideas that might help me.

Any ideas greatly appreciated,

Henry
