Thinking of purchasing this receiver while a good deal is going on near buy me....thoughts? Worth the money? Is it really all they say it is? Im currently running onkyo tx-sr805

I have only experience with their amps.  If any indication of quality, the 710 could be a winner.  I have considered the 710 as a replacement if my NAD T175HD ever craps out.

In one of their hundred thousand dollar plus rooms, they have chairs that move with the movie, if a car turns to the left your chair slightly turns to the left. I think it was called D box I had never heard or seen that before, may be old news to most of you guys.

It is D Box. I watched The Polar Express train scene in a D Box equipped room and it was truly an amazing experience.

I think the platform I and chairs I was sitting on was $80k and the speakers added another $100k. Big time toys for big time boys.

Let us know how you like that Anthem. That is one of the few receiver brands that I haven't tried. I have heard wonderful things about them though.
