Monoprice weekend special prices

Speaker wire in 100' spools comes to mind, I use the 12 ga.  Very flexible, it has a lot of strands.  Stay away from the banana plugs, they advertise it will accept up to 12 ga, but the hole is too small for their own wire.  Some locking models have screw-in type interchangeable tips.

Cool! Have you used their interconnects?

Sorry to be so long replying, I just found this thread again.

What do you mean by interconnects? Do you mean their pre-made cables or Speakon type connectors?

All I've gotten from them is the locking banana plugs, with the special feature that they had screw-on tips.  That means you can buy a banana plug end, or pin type.  The problem is the screw-on comes loose, so I don't recommend them.  I've got some older equipment/speakers that have spring loaded receptacles that accommodate the pin plug.

I have bought their HDMI cables, heavy duty, cheap, good stuff.  I think I also bought a pair of Monoprice in-ear sports headphones for $15-20, they sound very good as well.

No, I haven't bought anything with the RCA interconnects.  The cables look good, though.  At some point I will be upgrading my cables and interconnects DIY style, not because I have any illusion that cables will make my system sound significantly better, but because I like building things myself and a lot of the cables look cool.  B)

When I first bought from them I basically went through their entire catalog looking for stuff I probably didn't need, based on reputation and low prices.  I know what you're going to say, that's a lousy way to acquire new stuff.

But it works!  :D
