Shark

MORE KLIPSCH PLEASE

Recommended Posts

Well I was going to start a thread and ask for some input on vacuum's...But today I went out and bought a Shark vacuum.

I ran into a friend of mine last week and he told me about this Shark vacuum he just got......and he loves it. My friend is one of those super anal kind of guys...and if he gave the thumbs up on this vacuum, it must be good. Also last night I got on the you-tube for a few hours and checked out a bunch of video's. It looked really cool.

The one I got has the power head pet attachment.... it is really cool. I also think a vacuum is important in our hobby. I like to clean the fins in my amps and it just helps keeping the gear dust free (well as much as possible)....

Over the years we a bought a couple of Dyson's (two) and they have been good. The last Dyson I got was the Dyson Ball. Got it last year and I was not that impressed with it...I mean it was ok.....the other Dyson I had for like 12 years was better imho...

So this Shark is a uprite and transforms into a canister and you can put the canister on a caddy or carry it... here are a few pics of it.... I give it the thumbs up so far....

So what do you guys have for vacuums? What for you like?

MKP :-)

The best at vacuuming I have ever used is the Rainbow.

The heaviest/hardest I have ever tried to use is the Rainbow.

Similar to this we have a Kirby. Big, heavy, all metal US made. Has a self propel gearbox which makes the weight of the unit a non-factor. Has a bunch of attachments even for carpet shampoo. They ain't cheap but seem to be worth the money. About 6 years old and still sucking(: -

I love my Kirby. Built like a tank and will probably run forever. I bought it in 98 and it has not lost a step. So far I have not seen anything to outperform the Kirby. So many functional accessories that allow you to do about anything with it.

Just curious - should I assume your wife has no idea what you post on a "speaker" forum? I mean what could you possibly say to a bunch of guys about speakers that would possibly interest her?

She went with me to Hope and Rodney's last year, so what is your point?

Ask Christy or Eldon if I would say it to her face?
