Gimli
I purchased my first Klipsch product yesterday at Best Buy and I love the product, it sounds great but I been having problems with the bluetooth connectivity. At a few feet away from the device will buffer and there would be lots of thunderous, scratching noises where its impossible to listen to your music. At times the bluetooth will not connect at all to my mac or iphone having to turn off bluetooth and powering down the device and still, there would be problems. I have 15 days to return the product and I'm seriously thinking about it. The reference bar sounds great but having bluetooth connectivity problems would not be enough for me to keep the product. Anyone else having problems? What can I do to improve bluetooth connectivity?
Scrappydue
Welcome to the forum. You never even mentioned the product you are having an issue with unless I just read so fast I missed it. But a soundbar or dock? Not really sure. Five Klipsch a call and chat with technical support. I'm not a huge fan of Bluetooth. It's never streams perfectly. My kmc-1 has lots of issues with glitching and what not.

mustang guy
I'm with Scrappy. Bluetooth is for the bluebirds. I much prefer DNLA or Appletalk or other wifi methods. That being said, I installed a 10b on my parents TV in an impossible room. I love it for that. It connects to the TV via optical SP/DIF, and set up was a breeze. Gimli
Thanks for the input guys, long story short I've bought dirt cheap bluetooth adapters that connect better then this, I shouldn't have to purchase something else to add on and already installed bluetooth device. Calling tech support today.
everest22
I know this is an old topic, but did you resolve that issue with the bluetooth scratching noises? I'm experiencing the same thing intermittently with a R20B. I'll probably be sending the unit back for a replacement, just not sure if a new one will have the same problem.
