It would compare more than just favorably: the K-510 horn with 2" compression driver is a significant step up from a K-600 midrange horn and K-55 driver, IMO.   There are some folks that frequent here that own Klipsch Professional Cinema models like the KPT-904-M for their home theaters, etc.  (user:Scrappydue, et al.)

Never heard the 325 much but Mike is right about the 396, they sound great, I was quite shocked. Have had alot of time listening to them at Rodneys, amazing sound. i would guess it because of that large 3" horn driver, and it has surprising bass.

 

I know it's not what you asked about but these are amazing, and I listen to much bigger models at home and these really stand out .
