Mighty Favog
Sure! An in house States Liquor Store. After I thought about it, before it went in I really couldn't think of another one around here.
Moderators Travis In Austin Posted March 20, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 20, 2016 So how are the prices of liquor in Ohio compared to other states where there is a free market?
Coytee
How about a picture of the monorail (presuming it's still there) This place started as a roadside shack long, long ago. He's come a very long way.
Mighty Favog
So how are the prices of liquor in Ohio compared to other states where there is a free market? I have no idea about prices. After all, I don't drink. Hardest thing I drink is maybe Diet Coke or iced tea. Never smoked either or "chewed"...ever. Good thing too. 20-years ago I was diagnosed with Type-I Diabetes (thanks Mom and Dad) and with all my clean living, I may not be here today. But I do know there are State controlled minimum prices. I don't know why.
Mighty Favog
The monorail is just a prop. It was real but now is just an empty hull. There is some significance to the metal rails as the owner supporting the United Steel Workers. Some people tell me it was part of the African Safari attraction at Kinds Island. JJkizak
I wonder if the dude took the 2250 pounds of powder out of those 16" shells. Those in the know say they leave a very nice crater. JJK

Mighty Favog
That beer selection, mixed with pinball.....I'd have trouble finding the door! No need to walk through the rest of the store, there is another set of doors out the back near the helicopter pad the owner and AirCare uses (not at the same time). CECAA850
I'm blown away by how absolutely cool that place is and also by the lack of customers in your pictures. If that was around here, it'd be packed 24-7.
Mighty Favog
Well, it is a Friday afternoon and they're mostly still at work. Wait till tonight when pint-night starts. That and I'll wait till others aren't around, paranoia strikes deep with some people around here.
