Hey_wayne
Unsure if this is the correct area to post. I've purchased a pair of pre-owned Klipsch RF 7's which came with the plastic feet but not the carpet spikes. I am trying to purchase some spikes online but don't know which size I need. I called Klipsch and they were unsure. Any help would be appreciated!
derrickdj1
good question. But, are they really any better than the plastic feet. These speakers are heavy and don't wobble unless the floor is really uneven.
Hey_wayne
Floor is pretty decently uneven with thick carpet, so in my case I think the small amount of money it'd cost for spikes would in fact be worth it.

fuzzydog
Klipsch sent me replacements for my rf-7iis at no charge. They're tiny little things, not what I would have thought. Don't know if the rf-7i's use the same.

Hey_wayne
Are all spiked feet the same thread or something? I'm just trying to confirm the correct thread.
moray james
1/4 - 20 thread (standard) Ramset have case hardened 1/4 - 20 threaded studs that have a nice spike that foires through 1/4 inch thick steel that make the best spikes for the least money. The harder the spike the better and you are not going to better case hardened steel. http://www.ramset.ca/product/90/1-4-20-threaded-stud
