ALL SOLD...Thanks

I am downsizing and placing some equipment for sale...reluctantly. Currently I'm looking only for a cash sale, no trades (downsizing ;) ) and would like to keep the sales local...pick up in the Chicago suburbs...Riverside/Brookfield/LaGrange area...

McIntosh MA6200 Integrated Amplifier...75 wpc into 8 ohms/100 into 4 ohms...this one was bought about 10 years ago and gone over by Audio Classics...I've been using it this last week and all seems to be running fine. This one has few hours on it since being gone over...

The MA6200 comes with a reprint of the owners manual and some paperwork from the update...also included will be the proper regular Walnut case with working panlocs... I have seen these going in the $1599 area (Audio Classics and elsewhere) without the walnut case and PanLocs ($299 for theirs WITHOUT Panlocs) so I'm asking $1500.00 $1400.00 with the case and PanLocs for this one...it is in very nice condition, no damage I can see on the glass but a couple of the bulbs are a bit dimmer than the others (see darker pic) but all works as it should.

Next is an Outlaw Audio RR2150 retro Stereo Receiver...this has 100 wpc into 8 ohms/160 wpc into 4 ohms and allows for bass management so you can use a subwoofer if you choose...also the front panel allows you to hook up a iPod or similar device for other music...

This includes the original remote, AM and FM antenna...it has some marks on top but nothing scratched into the metal case nor any dents or dings I'm aware of...works great but just isn't getting much use...these sell for $699 plus shipping new and B-Stock, when they have them a bit less so let's try $OLD for the Klipsch Forum price...I believe I have the original box and manual too for this

Lastly is a pair of nice KG 5.5s in black (vinyl wrap not the earlier painted black)...these are solid, no resonance and sound great...I have added Bob Crites titanium tweeter mods but have the original that I can include if you like...these have a few minor handling marks but are more than presentable...say 8/10 being overly critical...Klipsch Forum price would be $OLD for these...nice sound and great bass for Rock music or as part of your Home Theater...no boxes, just speakers...

KG 5.5s were the King of the KG series and were the most expensive of the KG line befitting their sound...

Let me know if you have any questions and I will try to get back to you quickly with an answer...

Updates to the For Sale ad...

McIntosh MA6200 with cabinet and panlocs... local sale only as I do not have the shipping boxes/pallet and would not risk shipping this otherwise...$1400.00...

Outlaw Audio RR2150 retro receiver $OLD...since I have both boxes for the Outlaw, I will consider shipping this on the buyers dime but the weight is about 30 pounds...

I will try to quickly respond to any more questions anyone has...thanks for looking.

I will leave this up for today but then will be listing elsewhere (at higher than Klipsch Forum Family prices ;) ) as I thought to sell it in the Family I had not yet listed it on other sites...

Thanks for all the interest and if I missed anyone who PM'd or emailed, please hit me up again as my list shows I have contacted everyone back...

must remember I'm downsizing... :P

I can't ship the McIntosh without their shipping box/pallet

Been listening to both of these now with Quartets and Chorus lls and they both sound wonderful...they just won't unseat my Dr. Bill/Daddy Dee/Craig Ostby-NOSValves Eico HF-81 so they should move on to someone who will enjoy these regularly...

  • 2 weeks later...
  • 1 month later...

...Well it appears that the Outlaw Audio RR2150 is $old and going to a Forum member...glad all this so far has sold here rather than elsewhere...

The McIntosh MA6200 is SPF for right now but I have listened to it off and on since this sale originally went up and it may just be staying...for now anyway, it's still for sale...

Thanks everyone for your interest...
