Mr. Clark 122 Posted May 1, 2016 Looking for a turntable upgrade. Want to do the best for my money. Not sure what to get--have gotten a lot of advice from fans of new and old. Would love to snag a Garrard 301 or 401. Perhaps a newer VPI model if the tonearm was nice. Would like to keep it to about $2000.
Mr. Clark 122 Posted May 1, 2016 Is anyone is Brooklyn, NY here? This seems like a mighty fine deal, but it's pick up only. Any idea how I could get this baby out to Chicago? https://www.audiogon.com/listings/turntables-vpi-scout-2016-05-01-analog-11234-brooklyn-ny
rebuy 676 Posted May 1, 2016 I like TT as much as the next guy but some of you pay way too much for a TT. I'd never pay that for one.
