PrestonTom
Used Electro-Voice dx38's on eBay for $449 (Buy) price on eBay right now. They usually go for several hundred more than this price. These are DSP crossovers (2 in and 4 out) that would be perfect for Jubilees (many of the guys use these). For the price, these can be a remarkable deal. IMO, when set up properly, they will beat the pants off most passive crossovers (even with their fancy audiophile parts).

PrestonTom
This one? Does not matter. If it is there and it is inexpensive then go for it. They usually cost more, but every once in a while there is a bargain. I assume it is a working unit.
Axz Hout
The floor noise these obsolete units make with horn driven home systems makes these useless at 90 dB normal max home use. EV has the DC -One for todays systems. Edited May 20, 2016 by mach-
PrestonTom
I am not sure what you are saying. If you think the unit is noisy, then something is wrong in how it has been set up.
Islander
PrestonTom is right. The Dx38 is quiet enough to use with Jubilees, with their 105 dB/W/m sensivity. Roy used a Dx in the lab when developing the Jubilee and JubScala, and most of the owners use them, too. There were some noise issues with pro audio power amps being used with Jubilees, but the Dx38 is pretty quiet. You can hear a faint hiss from less than a metre from the speaker, but even that can be dialed out.
