CECAA850
There's a new distillery in Houston called Whitmires (hope I spelled it correctly). They just started distilling Gin. My son in law and I went there a few weeks ago to tour the facility and try all their different offerings. The Gin was outstanding to me but I do realize it's taste very subjective. They actually use sassafras in making it.
Paducah Home Theater
You really have to mix it to get it down without feeling like you're drinking something toxic. That disqualifies it as a quality spirit. In my opinion, moonshine, expensive bourbon, and extra dry rum that's been filtered is the only thing even remotely worth drinking straight without dilution. oldtimer
That's why you pour the gin over ice. Voila, dilution!
