dtr20
I purchased a pair of kg5.5's at an auction last night along with a sw-10ii subwoofer and some other equipment. Between the three klipsch speakers, I am missing 6 covers for the spike feet. Does anybody know where to get replacement covers? I have heard of people replacing their feet from ones from parts-express.com, but I could find any spiked feet with covers. I would also like to do this to my klf10's if they're the same feet. Thanks
twk123
This set has the spikes and little platforms for them to sit in, it will prob be the best solution I can think of: http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dss2-bc-black-chrome-speaker-spike-set-4-pcs--240-660?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pla Congrats on the KG 5.5's! I am listening to mine now and love them.
dtr20
Thanks for the reply, but I'm looking for something with covers that stay attached as supposed to just sitting on a plate. I wouldn't want to adjust the speakers and gouge up my hardwoods because the plate didn't line up with the spikes. Thanks again
jason str
Have you thought about just removing the old ones and just installing some new rubber feet ? I find the spikes to be a worthless gimmick personally but in the end the choice is up to you.
dtr20
I was trying to keep it stock looking, but that's a good idea Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
