Its not a soundbar necessarily but it has a built in sub and LCR: http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-ats1200-home-theater-31-channel-digital-audio-tv-sound-stand-with-srs-surroun--185-3100?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pla

agile1966
I have the Vizio 40" 5.1 soundbar in the bedroom. I was surprised at the sound. Nothing spectacular, but I picked it up for less than $300. Don't remember exactly what I paid. The biggest issue is the "sub" can be boomy. Just need to spend some time moving it around to get it sounding a little better. I am really happy with dialogue.
