The fronts are fully covered, I assume this was done by a previous owner but not sure. Just a couple of nicks in the cabinets, and they are stained. Both are 78's by the serial numbers, but not consecutive.  All drivers, horns, xovers, look to be original.Thanks...

Looks original- full grills were available on the LaScalas in 1978.  In fact I have a pair with full covers from that year.

Interesting, I had no idea. Thanks...

I like the covers!  :emotion-21:

The price is fair market value, fair for both buyer and seller.  They are unmolested which is a highly sought after condition.  I'm thinking they haven't sold because there aren't enough forum members close to Oregon.  You might have to go to the local CL to widen the net.

I think you're right. I'm sure I'll have to go the CL route. Bummer...

No need to be anxious...

They might send the wrong finish...

They might send the wrong driver on the K402... (has happened several times)

They might get dropped by the shipping company...

They might get speared by a fork truck...

You have to figure out active/passive...

You have to put XLR's together if going active...

You have to order passive if going passive...

Passive might be sent with wrong parts...

Passives could be dropped during delivery, causing parts to fall off boards...

You have to lift these things to move them around...

You might sprain your back while moving them

You could drop them on your foot while moving them

Your wife might spill her cup of coffee on them...

You might have a tornado (in Oregon??) and a cat, flying through the air might smash into the K402...

Anxious about what?

:P

(good luck with them, the waiting is the hard part)
