You pack up your speaker with a form from the web site and just ship it to them. I hope they updated the site. Did you get any idea as to how long before they would be starting back up? That's my understanding too. Fill out the form and zend it in. They will call you for a credit card # They're moving and gave no indication of when they would be accepting more work.
