Headphone ear cups.

I have what I believe is the M40 set. The ear cups are approximately 2 inches by 1.75 inches in size. (Headphones don't have a model or serial number visible.)

Both ear cups have completely disintegrated.

 

I contacted customer support at Klipsch and was told they do not have replacement parts. This is insane for $200 + headphones and will certainly never purchase another Klipsch product. They also advised to contact a company that sells replacement parts without providing a source. I have scoured the internet and cannot find anyone who does provide this replacement part.

Does anyone know where a replacement cover can be found for the cup made specifically for this headphone or even made for another brand that will fit this one? 

Would be much appreciated.

Does it look like this?  Also, I expect you mean that the cushions have disintegrated, not the whole cup.

However Klipsch rep in a earlier posting on this subject did say they were working on a solution to the M40 ear cushion replacement issue.
