Serial number doesn't contain 1339 nor 1341, so my GiG is not eligible for a replacement. I sent a message to the reseller, but no response. Any ideas? Paducah Home Theater Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 I can't promise this will work but if it is anything like the Klipsch Groove, there is a little known factory reset trick... simply hold the power button down for more than 25 seconds then try to power on or recharge.
