Replacement Earbuds damaged in shipping from Klipsch!

Hopefully I can get input from a Klipsch Rep on this topic.

I recently put in a Warranty RA Request for my R6 In-Ear earbuds.  No problem there, they were shipped out and picked them up tonight.

Well, as you can see from the pictures I've attached, it looks like someone at United Parcel Smashers ran over the package a few times!

 

I'm not sure if the earbuds survived, I'm afraid to take them out of the package now.  I put in a new ticket to Klipsch Support, hopefully they can help.  I don't know if I should deal with UPS and their long, drawn out Damage Claim process.  I've heard nightmare stories about that.

 

Can someone from Klipsch *please* reach out to me about this?

Well some good news.  Jeremy from Klipsch Customer Support called me the very next day after I had reported the damage.  They didn't hesitate to send me a UPS Label to ship back the damaged earbuds, and they will be sending replacements ASAP.

 

Now to just sit back and wait for the Warehouse to receive the damaged 'buds and ship the new ones!
