This represents maybe two thirds of the scope. There will be 2 more phases of excavation and concrete, as well as a second phase of framing.

Yes, but with some trusses in the roof system.

I've taken several short videos of specific things happening, but that's it so far.

 

On a previous project, the client set up a job cam so that he could watch remotely. It took and recorded a single still every 10 minutes during work hours, and the result was a "movie" of his house being built in stop animation.

I've seen videos like that before and really enjoy watching them.
